Malcolm Bryant was born on July 8th, 1912 in Lexington, Lee Co., TX.1 Malcolm Bryant's father was Robert Lee Spradley and his mother was Marylee N. Burnley. His paternal grandparents were Bryant Eugene Spradley and Emmaline Todd. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Wesley Earl, Cody Rafe, Living, Bernice Beatrice and Living. He died at the age of 68 on May 2nd, 1981 in Joplin, Jasper Co., MO. He was buried in Odem Cemetery, San Patricio, TX.1 1 General Notes

Malcolm was a mechanic specializing in rebuilding motors in Corpus
Christi for many years before he retired and moved to his ranch. His
daughter Marjorie Ann Cummins and her husband Richard had just moved to
Joplin, MO in 1981 when he went to visit them. He had been there about a
month when he died all of a sudden.
