William Cooper Pomeroy 
William Cooper was born on February 23rd, 1811 in Cooperstown, New York.1 William Cooper's father was George Pomeroy and his mother was Ann Cooper. His maternal grandparents were William-, Judge Cooper and Elizabeth Fenimore. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William Cooper, George Quartus, Fenimore Cooper, Edgar Cooper, Georgianna Cooper, Hannah Cooper, Elizabeth, Ellen Cooper and Laura Cornelia. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at 5 months old on July 29th, 1811.1 -
