William Cooper Pomeroy 
William Cooper was born on November 15th, 1804 in Cooperstown, New York.1 William Cooper's father was George Pomeroy and his mother was Ann Cooper. His maternal grandparents were William-, Judge Cooper and Elizabeth Fenimore. He had four brothers and five sisters, named William Cooper, George Quartus, Fenimore Cooper, Edgar Cooper, Georgianna Cooper, Hannah Cooper, Elizabeth, Ellen Cooper and Laura Cornelia. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 1 in 1805.1 -
