Cecil William Meacham 
Cecil William was born on December 18th, 1921.1 Cecil William's father was Joseph Brown Meacham and his mother was Martha Jane Garrett. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Garrett and Martha Addsline Henderson. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Robert Thomas, Ruben Leonard, Rufus Jospeh, James Brown, Athan Geen, Mattie Lee and Annie Bea. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 56 on August 1st, 1978.1 -
