Ethel Agnes was born on August 28th, 1908 in Holt, Okalosa County, Florida.1 Ethel Agnes' father was Arthur Noah Kelley and her mother was Agnes Cutts. Her paternal grandparents were John Shorter Kelley and Lucy Ann Gavin; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Cutts and Nancy Holt. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Carey Elmo, Olin Aubrey, Arthur Desmond, Delma Vernon, John Fentress, Thelma Alene, Velma W. and Bessie Eunice. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 91 on September 29th, 1999. She was buried in Old Holt Cemetery, Holt, Okaloosa County, Florida.1 1 -
