William Burton Johnston 
William Burton was born on January 26th, 1925 in Pike Co., Troy, AL.1 William Burton's father was Robert Houston Johnston and his mother was Chloe Gardner. His paternal grandparents were Robert Green Johnston and Mary Jane Colley; his maternal grandparents were James Henry Gardner and Sarah Savanah Griffin. He had four brothers and a sister, named Robert Edward, James Henry, Roy Houston, Living and Margaret Louise. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named James Wilfred, Wilma and Eloise. He died at the age of 58 in February 1983 in GA.1 -
