Permillia Garrett 
Permillia was born on March 6th, 1838.1 Permillia's father was Edward III Garrett and her mother was Elinder Higgins. Her paternal grandparents were Edward II Garrett and Ann West Ousley. She had a brother named Elihue. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 76 on January 6th, 1915 in Laurens County, South Carolina.1 -
