Rabon Douglas

Rabon was born on November 13th, 1838.¹   Rabon's father was Silas Douglas and his mother was Mary Harrington.  His paternal grandparents were Abel Douglas and Martha ??; his maternal grandparents were Sion Harrington and Ann Dalrymple. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Abel, John H., James, Silas William, Nathan, Archibald McLendon, Sion Brock, Charles Bryant, Martha Anne, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah M..  He was the fourth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 23 on April 6th, 1862.¹ 

‌Rabon and Jane Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on January 22nd, 1861 in Montgomery County, Alabama.²
