Freddie Lee was born on September 10th, 1905 in AL.1 Freddie Lee's father was Walter Lee Dobson and his mother was Harriet McCary Waldrip. His paternal grandparents were Rainer B. Dobson and Harriet Ann Carlisle; his maternal grandparents were Asa Melton Waldrip and Martha Thomas Sears. He had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas Melton, Eva, Lois, Annie Lucile and Mary Margerett. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William Lee, Walter Franklin, Claude Terry and Living. He died at the age of 38 on August 4th, 1944 in AL. He was buried in Sears Chapel Cemetery, located about a mile north of Rockford, AL..1 1 -
