Viola C. was born in March 1869 in TX.1 Viola C.'s father was James Monroe Castellaw and her mother was Sarah Ann Stough. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Castellaw and Mary Louisa Jordan; her maternal grandparents were Simeon Thomas Stough and Matilda Petrey. She had six brothers and a sister, named Thomas Jefferson, John Robert, George Flex, D. F., Hall H., Simean F. and Martha Adeline. She died at the age of 43 on October 1st, 1912 in Corsicana, Navarro Co., TX. She was buried in Cunningham Cementary, Corsicana, Navarro Co., TX.1 1 General Notes

Price, Viola (Castellaw) - 1912] Mrs Viola Castellaw Persons Price. After
a long and lingering illness , Mrs Viola Price departed this life October
1, 1912, aged 43 years,seven months and seven days. She is survived by
seven children, two by her first marriage and five by her last marriage.
Her first two children are married, being Mrs Lee Jergins of Powell,Texas
, and Mrs Luther Rhoden of Corsicana. Six brothers and three sisters also
survive her, being Mr. J. T. Castellaw of Barry, Mr G. F. Castellaw, Mr.
J. R. Castellaw, Mr. H. H. Castellaw, Mr. D. F. Castellaw, Mrs. M. T.
Smith, Mrs. J. R. Bristow, all of Corsicana, and Mr. K. S. Castellaw of
Dallas and Mrs. M. A. Arnold of Mansfield.
