Benson Walker, Sr. was born on March 9th, 1886 in Albany, Shackelford Co., TX.1 Benson Walker, Sr.'s father was David Calvin Campbell and his mother was Lucinda Elmyra Benson. His maternal grandparents were Grandison Walker Benson and Mary Emily Jordan. He had a brother and two sisters, named Archibald Graham, Mary Graham and Reubie Elmyra. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 88 on October 13th, 1974 in Marietta, OK.1 -
