John, Jr. Buckner 
John, Jr. was born about 1772 in VA.1 John, Jr.'s father was John H. Buckner and his mother was Mary M. Brown. His paternal grandparents were John Buckner and Sarah Buckner; his maternal grandfather was John Brown. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William M., Joel, Wiley W., Richmond Monroe, Benjamin, Elizabeth and Mary Polly. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died in August 1839 in Putnam Co., GA.1 -
