William Henry Bell

William Henry was born on November 3rd, 1842.¹   William Henry's father was Bazel Bell and his mother was Ellender Humphry.  His maternal grandfather was Joseph Humphry. He had four brothers and nine sisters, named James Matthew, Willis C., George Rufus, John E., Mary Jane, Rebecca Jane, Frances Elizabeth, Josephine, Emoline, Margaret Henrietta, Alice V., Elizabeth E. and Mattie A..  He was the oldest of the fourteen children.  He died at the age of 62 on August 29th, 1905 in Marengo County, Alabama.  He was buried in Putnam Cemetery, Putnam, Marengo County, Alabama.^1 1 

‌William Henry and Mary were married in a religious ceremony about 1867.²
