Frances Elizabeth Bell 
Frances Elizabeth was born in 1846.1 Frances Elizabeth's father was Bazel Bell and her mother was Ellender Humphry. Her maternal grandfather was Joseph Humphry. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named William Henry, James Matthew, Willis C., George Rufus, John E., Mary Jane, Rebecca Jane, Josephine, Emoline, Margaret Henrietta, Alice V., Elizabeth E. and Mattie A.. She was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children.
Frances Elizabeth and William T., Sr. were married in a religious ceremony about 1866.2 They had four sons and eight daughters, named George Washington, Milton Rubin, William T., Jr., Jesse B., Mary Caroline, Amanda E., Frances Bammey, Sarah Jane, Hattie Lucrecy, Leotti Virginia, Lucy C. and Malley.
