William I "The Lion" King of was born in 1143 in Scotland.  William I "The Lion" King of's father was Prince Henry Canmore Earl Of Huntington and his mother was Gundred (Adelaide) De Warenne.  His paternal grandparents were David I "The Saint" King of Scotland and Maud (Mathilda) of Huntingdon; his maternal grandparents were Earl of Surrey William II De Warenne Earl of Surrey and Isabel De Crepi De Vermandois. He had a brother and four sisters, named David of, Ada, Marjory Princess of, Margaret and Margaret Of.  He was the oldest of the six children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Waleran, William and Avicia.  He died at the age of 71 on December 4th, 1214 in Stirling, Scotland.
