Herbert IV Comte De Vermandois

Herbert IV Comte was born in 1028 in Vermandois, France.  Herbert IV Comte's father was Otto Eudes Comte De Vermandois and his mother was Emma-Parvie of Aquitaine. He had a brother named Peter.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 52 in 1080 in France.

They had a daughter named Adelle (Adelaide).
