Anne was born about 1411 in Raby Castle, Durham, England.  Anne's father was Ralph de Neville , KG, 1st Earl Westmorland and her mother was Joan Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John 3rd Baron de Neville , of Raby, KG, Sir and Maud de Percy; her maternal grandfather was John Plantagenet of Gaunt , Duke of Lancaster. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Richard, George, Edward, Katherine, Eleanor and Cecily de.  She was the third youngest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Ralph de, Maud (Mathilda) de, Philippa de and Mary de.  She died on September 20th, 1480 in Pleshey, Chelmsford, Essex, England.

‌Anne were married in a religious ceremony before October 18th, 1424 in 1st husband.  She had a biological son named Henry II.
