Ralph de was born about 1392 in Raby Castle, Durham, England. Ralph de's father was Ralph de Neville , KG, 1st Earl Westmorland and his mother was Margaret Stafford. His paternal grandparents were John 3rd Baron de Neville , of Raby, KG, Sir and Maud de Percy. He had two sisters named Maud (Mathilda) de and Philippa de. He was the youngest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Richard, George, Edward, Katherine, Eleanor, Anne and Cecily de. He died in Oversley, Warwickshire, England.General Notes
