Mary de Ferrers , Lady of Oversley 
Mary de was born before 1394 in Oversley, Warwickshire, England. Mary de's father was Robert Baron de Ferrers , Sir and her mother was Joan Beaufort. Her maternal grandfather was John Plantagenet of Gaunt , Duke of Lancaster. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Richard, George, Edward, Katherine, Eleanor, Anne and Cecily de. Burke's Peerage differs with MCS and AR in the birth date and parents of Mary. Burke's states that Mary was born c 1379, daughter of Robert and Elizabeth, who MCS and AR have as her grandparents. This does avoid a family complication in that Mary, according to MCS and AR, is daughter of Robert and Joan Beaufort, who married (2nd) Ralph de Neville, 1st Earl of Westmorland, and became Ralph's (Mary's husband) step mother. I don't know which is right. I have actually several instances in my ancestry where the mother-in-law of the son marries the father as 2nd wife.
