Maud was born about 1237 in Shere, Surrey, England.  Maud's father was Sheriff Yorkshir John (Justiciar Of Ireland) Fitz Sheriff Yorkshir/John (Justiciar Of Ireland) and her mother was Isabel Bigod.  Her paternal grandparents were 3rd Earl Of Essex Geoffrey Geoffrey De 3rd Earl Of Essex/Fitzpiers and Eveline (Aveline) De Clare; her maternal grandparents were [3Rd Earl Norfolk] Hugh Bigod [3Rd Earl Norfolk] and [Countess] Maud Maud [Countess]/Marshal. She had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Richard (1St Lord Fitzjohn), Isabel, Avelina, Aveline and Joan.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Walter De, Margaret De and Maud (Matilda) De.  She died about April 18th, 1301 in Grey Friars, Worcestershire, England.  She was buried on May 7th, 1301 in Grey Friars, Worcestershire, England.

‌Maud and William De were married in a religious ceremony before 1270 in Worchestershire, England.  They had three sons and seven daughters, named Robert De, John De, Guy De, Isabel De, Sarah De, Anne De, Amy De, Margaret De, Maud De and Matilda De.

‌Maud and Gerard De were married in a religious ceremony in 1st Husband.  They had a daughter named Alice De.
