Maud was born in 1112. Maud's father was 2nd Earl/ Hugh I Of Wigmore DE MORTIMER and her mother was Maud LES MESCHIMES. Her maternal grandparents were Lord William Of Copeland LES MESCHIMES and Lady Cecily Of Skipton DE RUMILLY. She had two brothers named Roger II Of Wigmore and Robert.
