Helga De was born about 1074 in Kevelioc, Monmouthshire, Wales. Helga De's father was Hugh "Lupus" D' Avranches 1st Earl Of Chester and her mother was Various Mistresses. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Le Goz Viscount D' Avranches and Emma De Conteville. She had a brother and a sister, named Robert I and Maud D'. She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Richard D' and Geva D'. She died on December 13th, 1094.-
