Eleanor de was born about 1374 in Upholland, Lancashire, England.  Eleanor de's father was Thomas de Holand , KG, 2nd Earl of Kent and her mother was Alice FitzAlan.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas de Holand , KG, 1st Earl of Kent and Joan Plantagenet , "The Fair Maid of Kent"; her maternal grandfather was Richard II "Copped Hat" FitzAlan , Earl Arundel. She had a brother and three sisters, named Edmund de, Joan de, Margaret de and Eleanor de.  She died on October 23rd, 1405.

‌Eleanor de and Roger de were married in a religious ceremony on October 7th, 1388 in 1st husband.  They had a daughter named Anne de.

‌Eleanor de and Edward 5th Baron were married in a religious ceremony after June 19th, 1399 in 2nd husband 1st wife.  They had a daughter named Joan.
