Robert I of was born about 1033.  Robert I of's father was Baudouin V "Pious" Count of Flanders and his mother was Adela (Alix) Capet Princess Of FRANCE , Cts de Contenance. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Baudouin VI the Peaceable, Robert I 'le Frison', Baldwin of, Matilda (Maud) and Matilda Countess Of. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William I, Guy, Henry, Robert, Alix and Elena.  He died on October 3rd, 1093.
