Mary FitzMarmaduke 
Mary was born about 1273 in Stranton, Hartlepool, Durham, England. Mary's father was John FitzMarmaduke , of Stranton, Sir and her mother was Isabel de Brus. Her paternal grandfather was Marmaduke FitzGeoffrey; her maternal grandparents were Robert de Brus , Lord of Annandale and Isabel de Clare. She was an only child. She died after 1308.General Notes
Mary, daughter of John FitzMarmaduke by Isabel (daughter of Robert de Bruce, seemingly identical with Robert I (The Bruce) King of Scots). [Burke's Peerage]
Note: I don't know what Burke's is thinking of, with its reference to Robert The Bruce. With the dates involved, Isabel's father Robert is grandfather of Robert I of Scotland. CP in note (b) states he was "Robert the Competitor".

He [Robert de Lumley] married Mary, daughter of John FITZ-MARMADUKE, of Stranton, by Isabel, daughter of Robert DE BRUCE, which Mary after her husband's death, became heir to her brother, Ricbard FitzMarmaduke.
