Sibyl De was born in 1230 in Of, Derbyshire, England. Sibyl De's father was William de FERRERS 7th Earl of DERBY and her mother was Sibyl MARSHALL. Her paternal grandparents were William de FERRERS EARL OF DERBY and Agnes of Meschine. She had a brother and six sisters, named John De, Maud (Matilda) De, Agnes De, Isabel de, Joan De, Agatha De and Eleanor De. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Robert, William De, Joan De, Elizabeth and Agnes De.-
