Louis II was born in 0806 in of East Franks. Louis II's father was Louie I "Le Debonaire" "The Gentle", "The Pious" von Aachen King of the Franks and his mother was Ermengarde Empress Of The West Hasbaye. His paternal grandparents were Charlemagne Empire of the Holy Roman King of the Franks and Fastrada; his maternal grandparents were Count Ingeramne De Hesbaye and Landree De Herbauges. He had two brothers and a sister, named Emperor of the Franks Lothair I, Pepin I and Adelaide. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Charles II and Gisela.
