George Brubaker 
George was born on September 3rd, 1845 in Jay Co., IN. George's father was Jacob Brubaker and his mother was Lydia Daniels. His paternal grandparents were John Brubaker and Esther Miller. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Susan, John, Henry, Jacob J, Levina, Lydia S, Sarah Catherine, Mary Elizabeth and Amanda. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 20 on February 24th, 1866 in IN.General Notes

Served Union Army, American Civil War, 139th Reg. Indiana Vol. with
brothers Henry and John. Died in camp.
