Isabel Boteler 
Isabel was born about 1295 in Wem, Shropshire, England. Isabel's father was William 1st Baron le Boteler , of Wemme, Sir and her mother was Beatrice. Her paternal grandparents were William le Boteler , Sir and Angharad verch Gruffudd. She had a brother named William 2nd Baron le. She was the older of the two children. She had three half-sisters named Ankaret le, Alice le and Denise le. She died after 1330.General Notes
He [Simon Basset] m. bef. 1309, Isabel, daughter of William Boteler, (Lord Boteler of Wem). He d. 1328. His widow m. in 1330 after 18 Mar 1329/30, Sir Alexander Walsham, at which time she sealed a deed with the arms of Basset (barry wavy) and Boteler of Wem, on two shields side by side.
