Eleanor De was born about 1238 in Debden, Saffron Walden, Essex, England.  Eleanor De's father was 2nd Earl Hereford&Essex Humphrey V De Bohun 2nd Earl Hereford&Essex and her mother was Maud D' Eu.  Her paternal grandparents were 1st  Earl Hereford] Henry De Bohun 1st  Earl Hereford] and [Countess Of Essex] Maud De Mandeville [Countess Of Essex]; her maternal grandparents were Raoul I De Lusignan Count Of Eu and Lady Hastings Alice Countess D' Alice Lady Hastings/Eu. She had a brother and two sisters, named Humphrey VI De, Maud Matilda De and Alice De.  She was the youngest of the four children.  She died after June 10th, 1278.
