Maud De was born before 1177 in Of, Warwick, Warwick, England.  Maud De's father was 3rd Earl Of Essex Geoffrey Geoffrey De 3rd Earl Of Essex/Fitzpiers and her mother was Beatrice De Say.  Her paternal grandparents were Piers De Lutegareshale and Maud De Mandeville. She had three brothers named Geoffrey De, William De and Henry De.  She was the second youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John (Justiciar Of Ireland), Hawise and Cicely.  She died on August 27th, 1236 in England.
