Sir William I de Ros 
Sir William I was born in 1196. Sir William I's father was Robert II de Ros and his mother was Isabella of Scotland. His maternal grandparents were King William I (The Lion) of Scotland and Isabel Avenal. He had a brother named Robert III. He had a half-brother named Ralph II. He died at the age of 68 in 1264.-
