Calvin Chester was born on December 9th, 1848 in Gibson Co, TN. Calvin Chester's father was Daniel West and his mother was Martha A. Lea. His paternal grandparents were John William West and Elizabeth Frazier. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John Wyatt, Joshua Benton, Lee A., Mary and Nancy. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 90 on March 4th, 1939 in Gibson Co, TN.-
