Laura Squires 
Laura was born in 1832. Laura's father was Charles Merrill Squires and her mother was Charlotte Smith. Her paternal grandparents were John Squire and Sousanna Riddle ***; her maternal grandparents were Caleb Smith and Charlotte Sowles. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Charles Porter, Edward, Calvin, John Smith, Albion Caleb, Charlotte and Carinda. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
