Thurstine Basset 
Thurstine was born in 1105 in Colston, Nottingham, Eng. Thurstine's father was Ralph Basset and his mother was Alice de Buci. His paternal grandfather was Thurston Basset. He had four brothers named Gilbert, Richard, Nicholas and Thomas. He was the third oldest of the five children.
