Enos Pugh 
Enos was born on April 4th, 1793 in Hampshire Co., Va. Enos' father was Samuel Pugh and his mother was Sarah. His paternal grandparents were Robert Pugh and Mary Edwards. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Samuel, Evan, James, Joseph, Robert, Sarah, Ann and Mary. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 on August 15th, 1873 in Williams Dist, Wood Co., Va. He was buried in Pugh Cemetery, Williamstown, Wood Co., W.Va.-

Enos and Nancy were married in a religious ceremony in 1815. They had two sons and five daughters, named Granville, Charles, Jane, Lucy Ann, Margaret, Almira and Virginia.
