Benjamin Franklin Bowden

Benjamin Franklin was born on October 3rd, 1854 in Moreland, Pope County, AR.¹   Benjamin Franklin's father was Jackson J. Bowden.  His paternal grandfather was John Bodine. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named James T., Robert Sanders, Charles D., George A., Anthon C., Miles E., Jackson J., Ann, Nancy J., Mary Lay, Sarah and Sallie F..  He was the second oldest of the thirteen children.  He died at the age of 72 on August 31st, 1927 in Atkins, Pope Co., AR.¹
