Ruth Searcy 
Ruth was born about 1742 in Granville Co,NC. Ruth's father was John Searcy and her mother was Phoebe Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were John Searcy and Ann. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Bartlett, John , Jr, Reuben, Richard, Daniel, Elizabeth, Mary, Susannah and Sarah. She was the youngest of the ten children.
