Richard Searcy Captain 
Richard was born on August 21st, 1738 in Granville Co,NC. Richard's father was John Searcy and his mother was Phoebe Anderson. His paternal grandparents were John Searcy and Ann. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Bartlett, John , Jr, Reuben, Daniel, Elizabeth, Mary, Susannah, Sarah and Ruth. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 86 on October 26th, 1824 in Woodford Co,KY.
‌Richard were married in a religious ceremony before 1767.
