John, known as Fairborn, was born in 1373 in Chateau de Beaufort,Maine-et-Loire,France.1   Fairborn's father was Duke John Plantagenet Of Lancaster, Prince Of England and his mother was Catherine De Roett.  His paternal grandparents were King Edward III Plantagenet Of England and Phillipia De Hainault; his maternal grandparents were Sir Payne De Roet and Catherine De Hainault. He had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Thomas and Joan.  He was the oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Henry IV, Philippa, Elizabeth and Catherine.  He died at the age of 37 on March 16th, 1410 in St Katherine By The Tower,London,England.  He was buried in Canterbury Cathedral,Canterbury,Kent.1

‌Fairborn and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony before September 28th, 1397 in 1st husband.  They had three sons and a daughter, named John, Edmund, Henry and AKA DeBeaufort.
