Richard Cox 
Richard was born in 1688 in Newcastle Co. PA. Richard's father was John I Cox and his mother was Rachel Embree Carr. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Cox and Christian Matthews. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William C., Thomas, John II, Sarah and Amy. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Joseph and Ann. He died about 1782 in Vincent Twp. Chester Co.
