Adelaide was born in 1062 in VALOIS,BRETAGNE,FRANCE.1   Adelaide's father was Count Herbert IV Carolingian Of Vermandois and her mother was Lady Adele De Valois.  Her paternal grandparents were Count Otto (Eudes) Carolingian Of Vermandois and Lady Pavie Pravia; her maternal grandparents were Raoul III (The Great) De Valois and Lady Adele De Bar-Sur-Aube. She had two brothers named Eudes and Gerardus.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 58 on September 23rd, 1120 in MEULAN,FRANCE.1 


Adelaide's first family with Count Hugh Magnus (The Great) Capet Of Vermandois

‌Adelaide and The Great were married in a religious ceremony in 1078.1   They had a son and three daughters, named Raoul, Agnes, Matilda and Isabelle.


Adelaide's second family with Renaud De Clermont

‌Adelaide and Renaud were married in a religious ceremony in 1102.1   They had a son and a daughter, named Renaud and Marguerite.
