Louise Scharff Halbach-Hilger 
Louise was born on March 11th, 1829 in Remscheid (Alemania). Louise's father was Johann Justus Scharff Stein Comerciante and her mother was Gertrude Halbach Hilger. Her paternal grandparents were Kaufman Johann Valentin Gottfried Scharff and Ana María Stein; her maternal grandparents were Johannes Arnold Halbach Hasenclever Comerciante and Maria Gertrude Hilger Huetz. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Gustav, Gottfried Martin Justus, Philip Adolf, Marie Elise, Victoria, Constantine Auguste, Maria Friederike, Clara Sibylle and Bertha. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 66 on April 23rd, 1895.-
