Ginsey Jane was born on December 27th, 1812 in Green Briar County, Virginia.1 Ginsey Jane's father was John Russell and her mother was Hannah "Patience" Rankin. Her paternal grandparents were Jeffrey Russell and Elizabeth Wood. She had ten brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel, James Samuel, Sanders, Thomas Jefferson, Francis(Frank), William, Jeremiah, John, Lawrence, Manoah B., Armilda, Anna, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Jemima, Esther, Jemima Elizabeth and Rachel. She died at the age of 91 on March 6th, 1904 in Elkins Creek, Aid Township, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 -
