Mary Hogue 
Mary was born about 1817 in West Virginia.1 Mary's father was Miller Hogue and her mother was Tracy Wilson. She was an only child.
‌Mary and Samuel were married in a religious ceremony on November 9th, 1835.1 They had three sons and three daughters, named William (possibly Wilson), Samuel Varner, Robert, Lucy, Sarah and Tamar.

Samuel Varner was born on June 2nd, 1844 in Lewisville, Monroe County, Ohio.1 He died at the age of 71 on July 26th, 1915 in Sonoma County California.1
