Frank Dilley Allen 
Frank Dilley was born on November 23rd, 1871.1 Frank Dilley's father was John Lee Allen and his mother was Charity Ella Dilley. His paternal grandparents were William H. Allen and Lucretia Alford; his maternal grandparents were Abner Dilley and Armilda Russell. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William Carr, Albert Newton, Ethan Lee, Harriett Elizabeth, Mildred Jane (Armilda), Martha Louella and Anna Bydrsley. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 89 on August 6th, 1961.1 General Notes
