Frank Marion Allen 
Frank Marion was born on January 29th, 1919.1 Frank Marion's father was Frank Dilley Allen and his mother was Claudia Carr. His paternal grandparents were John Lee Allen and Charity Ella Dilley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Reginald Carr, Warren, Ellouise and Virginia. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 74 in 1993 in Florida.1 -
