William Carr Allen 
William Carr was born on September 2nd, 1868.1 William Carr's father was John Lee Allen and his mother was Charity Ella Dilley. His paternal grandparents were William H. Allen and Lucretia Alford; his maternal grandparents were Abner Dilley and Armilda Russell. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Frank Dilley, Albert Newton, Ethan Lee, Harriett Elizabeth, Mildred Jane (Armilda), Martha Louella and Anna Bydrsley. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 18 on November 29th, 1886 in Parkerville, Kansas. He was buried in Parkerville Cemetery - Headstone says death was in 1866.1 1 General Notes

William died of typhoid fever at 18 years of age.
