Elizabeth Whitaker

Elizabeth was born about 1741 in Of, Warwick, VA.¹ Elizabeth's father was Richard Whitaker and her mother was Elizabeth Cary. Her paternal grandparents were John Whitaker and Martha Gough; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Cary and Elizabeth Hinde. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, Cary, Anne, Temperance and Martha. She was the second oldest of the seven children.
