Jemima Whaley 
Jemima was born in 1776 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.1 Jemima's father was James Whaley and her mother was Barbara Ramey. Her paternal grandparents were James Whaley and Elizabeth; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Remy and Sarah. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Jacob Gibson, Benjamin, James, Henry, Elijah, Leland, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Sarah and Kate. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, William, Elizabeth, Jane Or Keziah, Barbara and Mary.-
